Yuli Liang: Citizens’ satisfaction with municipalities in Sweden: an example of the structural equation model (SEM)

Abstract: The citizen satisfaction survey at Statistics Sweden (SCB:s medborgarundersökning) has been conducted in 55 municipalities. It is important for the leadership to know what residents think about the municipality and its activities. In this talk I will give a brief methodological introduction concerning the structural equation model which is applied to this survey.
