Magnetisation dynamics can be described by mathematical laws at different length and time scales. Resolving the shortest scales in the problem to simulate the dynamics over a much larger scales of interests is computationally demanding. Multiscale methods are needed to reduce the computational cost. The main goal of the presentation is to talk about applications of two different multiscale approaches, namely the domain partitioning and the upscaling approaches, for few multiscale problems arising in magnetism. The presentation will also include a short introduction into the topic, so that it is suited for a general audience.
