Niko Laaksonen: Mean values of L-functions and Landau's formula

We will look at an application of Gonek's uniform Landau formula to
obtain estimates for discrete moments of Dirichlet L-functions in the
critical strip.

As a consequence we can then prove new results on the pairwise value
distribution of two distinct Dirichlet L-functions. This technique
also works on more general L-functions under the Ramanujan
conjecture. Finally, we will discuss an analogue of Landau's formula
on the modular surface. This is joint work with Yiannis Petridis.
