Maria Reguera: Sharp weighted estimates and Muckenhoupt-Wheeden Conjecture

Sharp weighted estimates have received a lot of attention lately. Their application to quasiconformal theory when $p=2$ has resulted in an increasing interest in the subject. In this talk we will be concerned with the endpoint estimate, $p=1$, and we will provide a counterexample to a long-standing conjecture by Muckenhoupt and Wheeden.
