Michele Pernice: "A stratification of moduli of arbitrarily singular curves" by S. Bozlee, C. Guevara and D. Smyth

Abstract:

In the paper, the authors introduce a stratification of the moduli stack of arbitrarily singular reduced curves indexed by generalized dual graphs and describe the strata as bundles over finite quotients of moduli spaces of pointed smooth curves. We will explain how the stratification is constructed and what technical ingredient they need to do so.
