Lilian Matthiesen: Linear correlations of multiplicative functions

In this talk I will discuss a general asymptotic result for linear correlations of multiplicative functions. The proof uses the machinery that Green and Tao introduced in their work on primes. I will explain some of the new ideas in the proof and some of its background material.
