The three points that determine the triangle, mentioned in the title, are St. Petersburg, Espoo, and Stockholm. Participants outside of this triangle are accepted too. In addition to the talks given by young researchers there will be two tutorials by senior researchers:

* Kurt Johansson (Royal Institute of Technology): Recent developments in eigenvalue statistics for random matrices
* Filip Lindskog (Royal Institute of Technology): Extremes and large deviations in the presence of heavy tails
