This is joint work with E. Kopczynski and I. Pak. We provide acute triangulations of the regular and the standard tetrahedron, which fit together to form an acute triangulation of the 3-cube. We show that for the 4-cube this is not possible. Neither it is
for R⁴ if we assume that the 4-simplices of the triangulation have conformally bounded geometry.
