Jack Morava:   Complex orientations for THH of some perfectoid fields

Abstract: I suggest that the p-adic analytic Lubin-Tate groups of Schneider and Teitelbaum are to the topological Hochschild homology of certain perfectoid completions of maximal totally ramified abelian extensions of local number fields, as the original formal Lubin-Tate groups of local fields are to certain chromatic cohomology theories. [This is motivated by, and analogous to, recent work of Hesselholt on THH of the p-adic complex numbers.]
