Abstract: Canonical perturbation theory is used to solve the nearly integrable system without destroying the formation of Hamiltonian. This thesis includes some typical examples to analysis the dynamics through the Hamiltonian formalism, introduce methods to deal with the perturbative terms and discuss the stability of the Hamiltonian system.
