DAG-seminar: Defining derived stacks

The goal is to define higher stacks, which live in the homotopy category of simplicial presheaves, localized at so-called \(\pi_*\)-equivalences. To define these \(\pi_* \)-equivalences, we need to look at simplicial localization of model categories. Then we use Bousfield localization to get the local projective model structure on the category of simplicial presheaves. This is enough to define stacks, but they also allow a more concrete description in terms of hyperdescent.
