The talk aims to a discussion on developing a best practice framework for higher education which focuses on access, flexibility, affordability, engagement, sucsess and quality. It will cover the development and engagement of online/distance teaching/learning from an international perspective as well as the French practices, the European strategy on MOOC's and how the French universities work for high quality online education. In particular, Professor Rauzy will talk about UPMC:s long experience on distance education in mathematics with focus on high quality.
