Abstract:
Padé approximation is a method for approximating functions, such as power series. This method has applications in mathematics and physics. We will present continued fractions, where we will study in depth the relationship between continued fractions and Padé approximation and how to express this approximation in the form of a continued fraction. The work will also prove some important formulas for this kind of approximation as well as some evidence of continued fractions.
