Zoltán Buczolich: Divergence of weighted square averages in L^1

Abstract: After discussing some preliminary results we focus on almost everywhere convergence questions of ergodic averages along squares with polynomial weights for L^1 functions. This talk is mainly based on joint papers with Tanja Eisner and Dan Mauldin.
