Ben Williams: The Simplicial EHP Sequence for Motivic Spheres

In this talk I will outline joint work with Kirsten Wickelgren constructing a Motivic or A1 analogue of the classical EHP sequence for spheres. In the preliminary talk, I shall try to explain what the objects of A1 homotopy are, and how one can work with them. In the second talk, I shall explain what challenges have to be overcome in order to reconstruct the classical EHP sequence in this setting.
