Tatjana von Rosen: On Profile Analysis with Application in Immunology

The aim of this paper is to develop statistical methods for versatile analysis of high-dimensional data sets arising in immunological studies.

We proposed a new method for determining a cut-off point for response vector. A blocking/clustering strategy was worked out for detecting relevant sets of variables in a high-dimensional statistical setting followed by intra-block profile analysis in order to characterize the immune profile, for instance, in vaccinated persons over time.
