Pankaj Vishe: Introduction to the Circle method, Part 2

We evaluate the contribution from the "major arcs" and show that it can be expressed as a product over local densities (related to the number of solutions modulo prime powers). Further, to show that the contribution from the minor arcs are negligible we prove Weyl's inequality and show how Hua's inequality can be deduced in a similar manner.
