Marek Grochowski: Introduction to sub-Lorentzian structures and their reachable sets

I am going to present basic facts and notions from the sub-Lorentzian geometry. Then, after a few words of explanation why it is important to study this geometry, I will say what is known about sub-Lorentzian reachable sets.
