The Cohen–Macaulay space CM of twisted cubics parameterizes curves C with a finite map i to IP^3 that is generically a closed immersion and such that C has Hilbert polynomial 3t+1 with respect to i. I will describe the points of that moduli space, relate them to the points of the Hilbert scheme of twisted cubics and explain why CM is smooth.
