Karim Adiprasito: Positivity in Combinatorics

Abstract

I will argue that several theorems of the Hodge and Lefschetz type extend beyond classical algebraic geometry, and use the results and tools to address a wide range of combinatorial problems for graphs, vector configurations, triangulated manifolds, and other examples.
