Joachim Cuntz: The C*-algebra associated to an algebraic polymorphism

A polymorphism is a multivalued map. Algebraically defined polymorphisms of compact abelian groups have interesting properties. We analyze the C*-algebra generated by the Koopman representation of such an algebraic polymorphism.
