Jens Hoppe: Quantized Minimal Surfaces

I will report on quantum analogues of minimal surfaces (work done
during my 3 month sabbatical at IHES/ETHZ, based on collaborations
with J.Arnlind, J.Choe, M.Kontsevich), possibly including some
personal perspectives.
