Jan-Erik Björk: Volumes and residues of complex analytic sets

Abstract: The seminar will expose how the Kähler form is applied to compute volumes of analytic sets in C^n, and used to construct and analyze currents in the sense of Lelong. The latter part of the talk will describe the more involved study of residue currents in the sense of Coleff and Herrera.
