Kadir Sertcanli: En studie av sjukdomsspridnings modeller SIR och SIRS

Abstract: This paper is about modeling infectious diseases, which is an important tool for preventing diseases from becoming large with, for example, a vaccination program. The paper deals with and analyzes deterministic, stochastic and Markov models, where the models have different behaviors which is being discussed. We start with a simple thought experiment and work towards the more realistic model, which is the stochastic SIR model.
