Ben Williams: Computing \pi_4 of S^{3+3\alpha}

I will explain how previous results about the sheaf in question due to A. Asok, K. Wickelgren and myself combine with calculations of the corresponding stable group by O. Röndigs, M. Spitzweck, and P.-A. Østvær to yield a complete determination of the unstable homotopy sheaf.
