Ämnesområde: Algebra and geometry
In this minicourse we will investigate different notions of positivity in algebraic geometry. The first lecture will start with the classical theory of positivity for divisors and line bundles on schemes. In subsequent lectures we will generalize these notions of positivity to vector bundles of higher rank and see how positivity of certain bundles can aid in the classification of varieties.
