Aise Johan de Jong: The pro-étale site (lecture III)

The goal of these lectures is to report on recent work of Peter Scholze and Bhargav Bhatt on pro-étale cohomology. We will introduce the pro-étale topology on the category of schemes and show how it simplifies the introduction of l-adic topology in algebraic geometry.
