Lars Hesselholt: Periodic topological cyclic homology.

I will propose a definition of periodic topological cyclic homology and show that, for a scheme smooth and proper over a finite field, it gives rise to Deninger's cohomological interpretation of the Hasse-Weil zeta function by regularized determinants.
