Erik Aas: Inverting a neural network

Abstract

Given the outputs of an otherwise unknown one-layer feed-forward neural network, can we guess the parameters of the network? I will describe different ways to consider this problem, as well as a heuristic algorithm to solve it. No prior knowledge of neural networks required. This is joint work with Vladimir Itskov.
