This talk is about bubbles and drops, and how to simulate them using boundary integral methods. With this kind of methods we can compute the deformation of bubbles using only a discretisation on the fluid-bubble interfaces. We will describe our method for two-dimensional Stokes flow and display some results. Furthermore, we will show that in certain cases, complex analysis can be used to obtain analytical descriptions of the flow — which provides execellent validation opportunities.
