The dimer model is a natural extension of the uniform measure of perfect matchings on a graph. We present a dimer model on a particular non-bipartite graph called the `Fisher lattice' which is in bijection with a one dimensional particle system. We shall present some of the phase behavior, before and after re-scaling.
