Ronno Das: Mapping curves to blowups

Abstract:

Following Segal's work on rational functions, and its many extensions, we will look at the space of holmorphic maps from Riemann surfaces to certain blowups of projective space. This talk will be based on ongoing joint work with Philip Tosteson.
